Wanda, who is known by many as her grandmother name ‘Bebo’, was a bright ray of light to so many who had the joy of getting to know her. Following her graduation from David Lipscomb University, Wanda was an elementary school teacher until becoming a full-time mother and homemaker following the birth of her children. Wanda held many part-time jobs through her kids’ school years including a special position to her as one of the ‘Stein’s Girls’. After her kids were grown, Wanda met her loving husband Denny during a blind date tennis match and fell instantly in love with the retired Naval fighter pilot. Wanda enjoyed participating in and watching all types of sports with an extra love for tennis and Atlanta Braves baseball. Wanda adored her three kids and their spouses and then found added joy from her grandchildren she affectionately named Bebo’s Sugarweeds. Bebo’s home was always full of joy and laughter including ongoing holiday celebrations where she always decorated to the full extent. The always smiling, always laughing, always huggable Wanda in all her roles as Mom, Sister, Auntie Wanda and Bebo will be missed by so many.
