Jack Allen Hardin, age 84, of White, GA, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Cartersville, GA, on February 27, 1937, to the late Joe Hardin and Eva Mae Chitwood Hardin.
Jack is preceded in death by his first wife of 40 years, Annette Segers Hardin; daughter, Tina Archer; son-in-law, Larry Blackwell; brothers, Rex Hardin, Jerry Hardin, Don Hardin and Robin Hardin. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Faith Hardin; daughters, Tammy (David) Abernathy, Rolanda Blackwell, Sandie (Ken) Davis; son-in-law, Don (Angela) Archer; grandchildren, Summer (Andy) Garrett, Rhyne (Cami) Abernathy, Jason (Melissa) Confer, Sabrina (Erwin) Romero, Grady Davis; great-grandchildren, Copeland Abernathy, Carter Abernathy, Jeramiah Spratley, Savannah Spratley; and several nieces and nephews.
Jack was a simple man who loved his family and his family was his life. He was a wonderful man of God, strong in his beliefs and faith. He read his Bible every day. Jack was a lifelong member at Pine Grove Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for many years. He proudly served in the United States Army. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of life service will be conducted at Pine Grove Baptist Church at 11:00 am on Friday, September 24, 2021, with Rev. Clinton Green, Rev. David Baker and Rhyne Abernathy officiating. The Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
