The Order for Service by Publication was entered on November 18, 2020. The Petition seeks termination of your parental rights to C.S.M. Cherokee Ave, Suite 333, Cartersville, GA 30120 for a hearing on FEBRUARY 12, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. and to remain in attendance from hour to hour and time to time until discharged by the Court, you then and there to make defense to the allegations of the Petition and to show cause why the prayers of the Petition should not be granted. THE HEARING IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS. If you fail to appear, the Court can terminate your rights in your absence and you will permanently lose your rights as a parent to the child.

If the Court terminates your parental rights, you will no longer have any rights to your child. This means that you will not have the right to visit, contact, or have custody of your child or make any decisions affecting your child or your child's earnings or property. Your child will be legally freed to be adopted by someone else and you will not receive notice of those proceedings.
