Feb. 5

• Phillip Britt Bearden, 39, of 22 Misty Hollow Court, Euharlee, was arrested and charged with speeding 60 in a 45 mph, driving with suspended license, driving without a license on person and contempt of court child support.

• Cody Wayne Bennett, 19, of 69 Jordan Road, Cartersville, turned himself in to another agency and was charged with theft of services.

• David Carlton Bush Jr., 23, of 613 Traces Drive, Florence, S.C., was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by taking.

• Jody Wayne Crumpton, 44, of 154 Camp Sunrise Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Richard Wayne Daniel, 55, of 280 Road 2 S., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Dale Skipper Grubbs, 49, of 80 Iron Hill Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Terry Lynn Hoover, 46, og 28-A Gertrude Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act, simple battery (FVA), simple assault (FVA) and cruelty to children.

• Craig Collier Jones, 55, of 3770 Montford Drive, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• David Dewayne Payne, 26, of 116 Etowah Ridge Trail, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

Feb. 6

• James Van Dover III, 36, of 2050 Old Cedartown Road, Cedartown, was arrested and returned to complete superior court sentence.

• Raymond James Nowicki III, 22, of 10 Coquera Circle, Savannah, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive within single lane and speeding 59 in a 45.
