Glenda Bernice Croy, 51, of Cartersville, passed away on Friday, Dec. 27, at her home.

Born on June 16, 1962, in Cartersville, she was the daughter of Ruben Eugene Croy Sr. and the late Dounie Bernice Leonard Croy. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jeffery Croy. Glenda was a loving mother and grandmother. She was an administrative assistant for Pacesetters Graphics and was a member of The Church at Liberty Square where she sang in the sanctuary choir. Church was her life.

Survivors include her father and stepmother, Gene and Wilma Croy of Cartersville; her daughters, Tameka Majesky of Cartersville and Keyree Hill of Cartersville; her brothers, Randy Croy of Cartersville, Tommy Croy of Cartersville and Billy Croy of Cartersville; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, at The Church at Liberty Square, 2001 Liberty Square, Cartersville, GA 30121 with the Rev. Dr. Joe E. Edwards and the Rev. Larry Huskins officiating. The body will lie in state from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.
