Sept. 11

• Julio Cesar Angel, 31, of 105 Summit St., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

• Stephen Andrew Baenen, 38, of 2831 17th Ave., St. Petersburg, Fla., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with solicitation by roadway.

• Diego Chel Bernal, 30, of 105 Summit St., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for ICE.

• Jacinto Raymundo Bernal, 24, of 105 Summit St., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for ICE.

• Pedro Raymundo Bernal, 37, of 105 Summit St., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for ICE.

• Jackie Juanita Boyd, 43, of 804 Stone Haven Court, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Alberto Clementino Bravo, 31, of 201 Mary St., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for ICE.

• Roderico Lopez Cardona, 41, of 201 Mary St., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for ICE.

• Alexander Troy Casper, 23, of 94 Gordon Road, Taylorsville, was arrested by Euharlee police and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• Eric Lavon Cole Jr., 21, of 14 Courant St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule IV with intent to distribute and two counts of sale of marijuana.

• John Davis Crane III, 40, of 602 Towe Chapel Road, Adairsville, was arrested by another agency and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Sara Joann Dutton, 21, of 1 Magnolia Place, Adairsville, was arrested on a probate court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• John Edward Gier, 35, of 614 Kerri Drive, Jasper, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Emedel Jose Gomez, 47, of 201 Mary St., Cartersville, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on an agency assist for ICE.

• Ross Michael Grew, 39, of 1060 W. 18th Ave., Atlanta, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

• Jeffery Scott Heath, 39, of 6 Akron St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with trafficking in meth.

• Christopher Glenn Hindman, 22, of 61 Gordon Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Silas Efrain Jimenez, 29, of 201 Mary St., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for ICE.

• Craig Collier Jones, 55, of 377 Montford Drive, Chamblee, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Becky Talene Kennedy, 44, homeless, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with criminal trespass.

• Timothy Lee Kennedy, 26, of 11 Opal St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with trafficking in meth.

• Lillian Eugene Lowe, 44, of 403 Johnson St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.

• Norma Jean Moore, 42, of 14 Courant St., Cartersville, was arrested by Euharlee police and charged with drugs to be kept in original container and possession of schedule III.

• Corey Weldon Sewell, 25, of 8204 Staton Place Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Izmar Jiminez Tuyuc, 25, of 105 Summit St., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for ICE.

• Allen Jerry Wooten, 48, of 15-C Plantation Road, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Sept. 12

• Richard Ray Bagley, 23, of 370 Old Mill Road, Apt. 805, Cartersville, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

• James Alan Clowers, 52, of 204 E. Felton Road, Room 414, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

• Kayla Nicole Hardman, 24, of 1250 Powder Springs Road, Marietta, reported to another agency and was charged with deposit account fraud.
