• James Edward Bull, 46, of 128 Roosevelt St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct county ordinance violation.
• Chelsea Faylene Henderson, 17, of 11 Hawks Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
