March 8

• Joel Thomas Aker Jr., 26, of 291 Troutman Road, Rome, reported to another agency and was boarded at the jail.

• Lewis Julius Beard Jr., 26, of 49 Cobble Stone Drive, Cartersville, reported to another agency and was boarded at the jail.

• Danny Ray Falls, 51, of 4173 Hall St., Acworth, was arrested and charged with burglary and probation violation.

• Erick Osmar Franco, 23, of 27 Live Oak Run, Cartersville, reported to another agency to serve a 48-hour probate court sentence.

• Christopher Lamar Harris, 42, of 109 Old Dallas Highway, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with probation violation.

• William Benford Hester, 53, of 4173 Hall St., Acworth, was arrested and charged with burglary.

• Donald Charles Lee, 51, of 273 N. Erwin St., Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Joe Frank McCoy, 53, of 360 W. Cherokee Ave., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with parole violation and two counts of sale of cocaine.

• Zachary Author Monroe, 27, of 1984 E. County Road 500, Cartille, Ind., was arrested by Emerson police and charged with speeding (87 in a 70) and possession of schedule I.

• Eugenio Lopez Morales, 33, of 4085 Clay Drive, Doraville, was arrested and charged with driving without license and violation of window tint law.

• Christopher Joseph Morrow, 39, of 37 Waterside Drive, Cartersville, reported to another agency to serve a 13 1/2-hour probate court sentence.

• Michael Anthony Owens, 50, of 72 Tower Drive, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve 48 hours.

• Derick Lee Sapp, 22, of 164 Freeman Road, Resaca, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Melissa Ann Saunders, 25, of 262 State Route 20 Spur, S.E., Cartersville, was arrested and returned for court.

• Haley Leann Stanley, 23, of 164 Freeman Road, Resaca, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Eric Michael Blanton, 31, of 1152 A St., N.W., Linton, Ind., was arrested by Emerson police and charged with possession of schedule I and possession of drug-related objects.

• William Paul Gregg, 26, of 412 Grassdale Road, Apt. 2, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• William Howard Penn, 54, of 110 Casey St., Adairsville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Jeffrey Wade Strain, 27, of 13159 Prairie Creek, Ind., was arrested by Emerson police and charged with possession of schedule I.
