Dec. 25

• Don Russ Cohen, 35, of 131 Rustic Way, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Pickens County.

• Salvador Garcia, 31, of 550 Harding Place, Nashville, Tenn., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without a license and failure to drive within a single lane.

• Michael Jerome Hudson, 40, of 19 Weems Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act, terroristic threats and acts (FVA) and obstruction of an officer.

Dec. 26

• Jeffrey Dewayne Clark, 53, of 2954 Hampton Place, Decatur, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.
