Oct. 26

• Marcus Deonte Aimes, 24, of 3909 Campbellton Road, Atlanta, turned himself in to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office, charged with a superior court sentence.

• George Thomas Akins Jr., 26, of 26 Cathedral Heights, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with stalking under the FVA.

• Erick Marcial Luna Argueta, 18, of 238 Etowah Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with DUI, failure to drive within single lane, giving false information or false name and obstruction of an officer, misdemeanor.

• Brian Kishun Benham, 25, of 12 Bonaire St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation for the state.

• Leonard Jeffery Brackett, 49, of 924 N. Tennessee St., Cartersville, turned himself in to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office, charged with a drug court sanction for 48 hours.

• Gregory Paul Brown, 43, of 2170 New Corinth Road, Rutledge, Tenn., was arrested by Emerson police and was boarded at the jail.

• Christopher James Gill, 28, of 47 Middlebrook Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police as an agency assist to Hiram police.

• James Christopher Ingram, 29, of 4197 Bryan Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, a county ordinance violation.

• Eric William Irish, 37, of 10 Barnsley Court, Adairsville, reported to the jail, charged with cruelty to children in the first degree, two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree and battery under the Family Violence Act.

• David Junior Ledford, 53, of 126 W. Spring Pine Lane, White, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with criminal damage to property in the first degree under the FVA and burglary under the FVA.

• Beatriz Adrianna Martinez, 33, of 268 Mac Johnson Road, Lot 7, reported to the jail for a probate court sentence to serve 48 hours.

• David Thomas Rawlins, 58, of 1801 River Ridge Road, Conyers, reported to the Emerson jail and was boarded to serve 46 hours.

• Julio Aragon Sanchez, 28, of 54 Lake View Drive, Canton, turned himself in to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office for a probate court sentence to serve 48 hours.

• Tina Ann Schoolfield, 31, of 4432 Brandy Lane, Acworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Dustin Bobby Sorrells, 25, of 19 Green Bryer Ave., Cartersville, turned himself in to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office for a superior court sentence to serve 67.5 hours.

• Jacqueline Ann Stein, 48, of 66 Jordan Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the FVA.

• Tiffany Leann Stephens, 21, was arrested and charged with interference with custody.
