• Alfred Arlow Ferguson, 49, of 48 Young Loop Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving while tag is suspended, no insurance and driving while license withdrawn.
• Randy Joshua Foster, 32, of 59 Valley View Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on an agency assist for Cobb County.
• Herschel James Hall, 49, of 35 Church St., Cassville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.
• Amber Louise Hedden, 28, of 5584 Highway 20, Cartersville, was arrested by another agency and charged with bondsman-off bond.
• Derrick Devion Johnson, 26, of 2203 Southern St., Rome, reported to Cartersville police and was boarded at the jail.

• Naomia Ruth Molyneaux, 35, of 320 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.
• Rod Michael Montgomery, 17, of 113 Knight Drive, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with battery (F.V.A.).
• Ricky Lamar Perkins, 33, of 81 Deer Lodge Trail, Rydal, was arrested and charged with battery (F.V.A.), four counts of aggravated stalking (F.V.A.) and three counts of cruelty to children.
• Charles Tierce Power, 46, of 584 Law Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana by ingestion.
• Patrick Antonio Printup, 20, of 389 Griffen Road N.W., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with criminal use of an article with an altered identification.
• Johnny Lee Reagans, 43, of 36 Hickory Hollow Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
