* William Edward Everett, 49, of 422 Cassville Road, Apt. B, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn, no insurance and speeding.
* Thomas Edgar Fortune, 33, of 6727 Highway 11 E., Lenoir City, Tenn., was arrested by Emerson police and charged with possession of marijuana.
