March 6

• Suzanne Elizabeth Boyd, 41, of 6205 Davids Way, Acworth, was arrested and charged with giving false information or false name.

• William Coley Clark, 23, of 53 Crossfield Circle, Cartersville, was arrested by another agency and transported back for court.

• Laketris Montrail Coleman, 25, of 13 Akron St., Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce.

• Leann Marie Comeau, 28, of 34 Crossfield Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Jarred Allen Davis, 33, of 772 Point South, Jonesboro, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Breianna Danise Durham, 19, of 111 N. Railroad St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

• Roger Dale Evans, 33, of 139 Amber Ridge Way, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Carlos Ruben Guzman, 21, of 712 Somerset Club Drive S.E., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• William Christopher Hanners, 37, of 6569 Malvin Drive, Austell, was arrested by Cherokee County and charged with theft by deception.

• Wayne Morris Hardy, 56, of 4722 Croftshire Drive, Dayton, Ohio, was arrested by another agency, transported to the jail and charged with state probation violation.

• Jarrett Maxwell Hiett, 39, of 1175 Old Harris Road, Dallas, reported to another agency and was charged with bondsman off bond.

• Brent Adam Hogan, 22, of 113 Presidential Drive, Dallas, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Barry O’Neal Howren, 49, of 15 Lewis Way, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Antonio Lee Ledbetter, 29, of 11 Jenny Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with state probation violation.

• Connie Jane Noles, 54, of 12 Crestwood Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Cherokee County.

• Tina Marie Oglivie, 31, of 17 Columbia St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Richard Leonard Perkins, 40, of 21 Oak Hollow Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cherokee County and charged with state probation violation.

• Jamie Rebecca Perry, 38, of 18 Jasmine Lane, Euharlee, was arrested by Emerson police and charged with fourth-degree forgery, financial transaction card theft and three counts of financial transaction card fraud.

• Shelia Dianne Rackley, 52, of 13-A Boren Court, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of meth and theft by shoplifting.

• Benito Soto Rios, 29, of 2512 Ridge Oak, Apt. 2815, Arlington, Texas, was arrested on a probate court bench warrant failure to appear.

• Billy Eric Riseden, 36, of 35 Carson Loop, Room 227, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt of court child support.

• William Matthew Thornton, 25, of 2457 Lyons Bridge Road, Cave Springs, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with state probation violation.

• Dustin Joseph Waldrep, 32, of 203 South 40 Pass W., Hiram, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with simple battery (FVA), cruelty to children (FVA) and obstructing or hindering 911 call (FVA).
