Jan. 23

• Matthew Bridges Jr., 23, of 234 Vernon Akin Road, Apt. A, Dallas, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act and simple battery (FVA).

• John Douglas Burtz, 37, of 5477 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Adairsville, reported to another agency and was charged with bondsman off bond.

• Jay Anthony Cook, 30, of 18 Grassdale Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with state probation violation.

• Ashley Jean Davenport, 27, of 103-A Bruce St., Adairsville, was arrested by Cartersville police on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Erin Brooks Dowdy, 29, of 54 Roving Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Jeffery Ira Edmondson, 42, of 140 Manning Road, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with simple battery (FVA).

• Bobby Joe House, 46, of 920 Cedar Creek Road, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and windshield and windshield wipers.

• Kendra Nicole Johnson, 26, of 54 Roving Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Victor Michael Jones, 30, of 1079 Taylorsville Macedonia Road, Taylorsville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with probation violation.

• Janet Tapia Lopez, 35, of 31 Echota Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without a license and failure to obey traffic control device.

• Jason Van Maddox, 34, of 25 Kingston Point, Kingston, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Chalica Ashmee McCarver, 22, of 85 Road No. 2 S., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn.

• Raul Gallegos Ochoa, 30, of 263 Mac Johnson Road, No. 95, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and open container in vehicle.

• Patrick Lee Spencer Sr., 47, of 18 Waters Edge Drive, Acworth, reported to the jail and was charged with probation violation.

• Edward Jerry Teems Jr., 45, of 54 Cass Drive N.W., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).

• Lamont Turner, 39, of 34 Paige St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with brake lights and turn signals required and driving while license withdrawn.

• Winston Keith Wiggins, 45, of 15 Peppermill Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct county ordinance violation.

• Leonardo Erich Lopez, 37, of 8 Stonebridge Court S.E., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery (FVA).

• Jackie Lynn Polson, 38, of 8666 Highway 522, Totz, Ky., was arrested and charged with two counts of probation violation.
