June 5

* Morgan Deonte Alexander, 20, of 122 Fairview Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with kidnapping and battery.

* Christopher Shane Boatright, 32, of 266 Henry St., Marietta, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass in violation of the Family Violence Act.

* Stephen William Burns, 43, of 2430 Prince Howard Way, Marietta, turned himself in to the jail for a probate court sentence service.

* Andrew Robert Fike, 25, of 4742 Wienca Road, Atlanta, was arrested by Emerson police and charged with obstruction of an officer and theft by shoplifting.

* Jo Ann Harris, 53, of 106 Somerset Club, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with three counts of simple assault and disorderly conduct.

* Erin Lynn House, 33, of 266 Henry St., Marietta was arrested and charged with criminal trespass in violation of the F.V.A.

* Breanna Alliza O'Reilly, 18, of 518 Bartow St., Cartersville, was transported to the jail by another agency and charged with a probation violation.

* Casey Ryan Scoggins, 34, of 129 Oak Grove Road, Adairsville, turned himself in to the jail for a probate court sentence service.

June 6

* Erica Azucena Mendoza, 35, of 106 High Point Village, Norcross, was arrested and charged with sale of cocaine party to a crime and traffic in cocaine party to a crime.
