May 1

* James Michael Daniel, 25, of 150 Spring Place Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with entering an auto and criminal trespass.

* Javier Hernandez, 45, of 10 Summit St., Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

* Barry Lamar Howard, 61, of 44 Wexford Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act and criminal trespass (FVA).

* Katasha Jenise Lee, 28, of 290 East Felton Road , No. 301, Cartersville, was arrested by the Cartersville police and charged with aggravated assault.

* Grant Lee Morrow, 33, of 2414 Hall Station Road, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.

* Jeffrey Carl Morton, 20, of 20 Grey Road, Cartersville police, was arrested by Eurharlee police and held on an agency assist.

* Amber Leigh Singleton, 22, of 559 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Wayne Lamar Turner Jr., 43, of 35 Wofford St., Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a probation.
