* Benjamin Eric Ammons, 37, of 32 Bramblewood Point, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in violation of a county ordinance.
* Casandra Lee Ammons, 41, of 32 Bramblewood Point, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery in violation of the Family Violence Act.
* Lashars Shantel Daniel, 20, of 2522 Coller Springs Road, Rome, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
* Eric Dwayne Elrod, 32, of 49 Aspen Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and turning position signals required.
* Tracy Lamar Everhart Jr., 29, of 2100 Ellison Lake Drive, Kennesaw, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn.
* Kevin Lamar Hollis, 24, of 6147 N. Main St., Acworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in violation of a county ordinance.
* Daniel Glenn Lewark, 22, of 5535 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Apt. C2, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn and child restraint law child seat safety belt.
* Brandon Michael Lewis, 27, of 422 Cassville Road, Apt. C, Cartersville, turned himself in to another agency to serve a probation sentence.
* Tonya Sue Payne, 37, of 630 Ballfield Road, Waleska, was arrested and charged with a probation violation and contempt of court child support.
* Merrill James Pratt, 42, of 4608 Anns Trace, Acworth, was arrested and charged with battery in violation of the F.V.A.
* Mark Anthony Shropshire, 57, of 42 Natalie Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by taking and theft by deception.
