* James Michael Brookshire, 42, of 137 Cliff Nelson Road, Kingston, was arrested by Eurharlee police and charged with six counts of aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act, two counts of cruelty to children and two counts of battery.
* Stephen William Burns, 43, of 2430 Prince Howard Way, Marietta, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence.
* Carl Thomas Burton, 18, of 15 Riverview Court, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with fighting in public place and disruption of public place.
* Baljit Singh Chase, 51, of 49 Baker Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with battery (FVA) and two counts of cruelty to children.
* Thomas Ed Cotton, 28, of 1918 Poinsetta Drive, Marietta, was arrested and charged with two counts of probation violation.
* James Edwin Faulkner, 51, of 207 Somerset Club Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence.
* Rebecca Evin Ford, 25, of 11-B Gaddy Drive, Rome, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under influence and without a license on person.
* Melanie Kara Harr, 32, of 31 East Main St., Kingston, was arrested and charged with superior court sentence.
* Jackie Robinson, 63, of 390 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.
* Sergio Adrian Reveles, 22, of 16 Blackberry Ridge, Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without license.
* Nathaniel Vivian, 53, of 3572 Club House Circle, Decatur, was arrested and charged with forgery.
* Jerri Michelle Williams, 28, of 278 Chief Vann Terrace, Calhoun, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under influence.
