Nov. 30

* Billie Jeanne Barron, 44, of 2745 Country Creek Way, Kennesaw, was arrested and charged with forgery in the first degree.

* Alvaro Martinez Duran, 39, of 312 Newcomb St., Rockmart, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

* Wendell Benson Mathis, 46, of 161 Aztec Way, Acworth, was arrested and charged with two counts of probation violation.

* Stephanie Michelle May, 21, of 1331 Old Tennessee Highway, Rydal, was arrested and charged with violation of sex offender registry.

* Jeffrey Lamar Watkins, 43, of 12 Washington Drive, Rome, was arrested and charged with two counts of sale of marijuana.

Dec. 1

* Ronnie Jason Hufstetler, 31, of 15 Lewis Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act and simple assault (FVA).

* Cameo Artis Towns, 28, of 48 Patton Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, no insurance, driving while tag suspended, no taillight and obstruction of an officer.
