4 arrested for orange spray paint spree

Two juveniles and two adults have been arrested and charged with criminal damage to property in relation to vandalism that occurred between Thursday night and Friday morning in Cartersville.

According to the Cartersville Police Department's Facebook page, Nichole Lane Sullivan and Demarcus Devon Davis, both of Cartersville, spray painted a speed detector device with orange paint after 11 p.m. Thursday. 

Multiple other cases of people's property being spray painted orange also have been found, and the CPD suspects there are more. 

Police are asking anyone whose property has been spray painted to call the CPD criminal investigations department at 770-607-6244 or file a police report by calling 770-382-2526.

In addition to the criminal damage to property charge, Davis also is facing a charge of possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
