Oct. 30

• Desean Eugene Dyer, 26, of 26 Jill Lane, Cartersville, turned himself in to serve a probate court sentence.

• Gabrielle Alana Fissell, 20, of 6764 Treehaven Drive, Springhill, Fla., was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Herschel James Hall, 49, of 35 Church St., Cassville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by taking.

• Megan Rennea Marable, 21, of 278 Mac Johnson Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts.

• Elmer Orlando Ramirez, 31, of 11 Defender St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

• Stephen Mark Russo Jr., 20, of 16 Ann Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two counts of obstruction of an officer, expired tag or decal, turning position signals required, and probation violation.

• Gabriela Jimenez Mendez, 30, of 875 Franklin Road S.E., Marietta, was arrested on a probate court sentence.

• Christopher Jason Miller, 32, of 73 Old Mill Road, White, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

• Trista Nichole Montgomery, 33, of 52 Lowery Way, Euharlee, was arrested on a probate court sentence.

• Jesse James Taylor, 35, of 31 Five Forks Road, Euharlee, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Christopher Shaun Verhine, 33, of 73 Old Mill Road, White, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
