• Brett Alan Battle, 50, of 201 Washington St. S.E., Atlanta, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
• Jessica Leigh Caldwell, 23, of 5535 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.
• Phillip Eugene Cameron, 52, of 20 Cumberland Road, Emerson, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery under the Family Violence Act and criminal trespass (F.V.A.).
• Margaret Gale Carter, 40, of 42 Aspen Court, Dallas, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
• Justin David Chappelear, 20, of 325 Wildwood Drive, Dallas, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of methamphetamine, drug-related objects, possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of inmate contraband over the guardline.
• Eric Lee Greene, 23, of 76 Covered Bridge Road, Euharlee, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Cherokee County.
• Jordan Yates Hamby, 22, of 2275 Shady Grove Road, Connelly Springs, N.C., was arrested by another agency and charged with party to a crime theft by deception, four counts of forgery in the first degree and four counts of financial transaction card fraud.
• Scott Thomas Heath Jr., 17, of 77 Honeysuckle Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with sexual exploit of child.
• Elisa Shae Highfield, 28, of 225 Stonemill Drive, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting.
• Matthew Eugene James, 26, of 114 Austin Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two counts of bondsman-off bond.
• Alton Ernest Jenkins, 51, of 37 Akron St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
• Derrick Devion Johnson, 27, of 2203 Southern St., Rome, reported to the jail and was boarded for Cartersville police.
• Cassiey Nicole McClendon, 23, of 48 Brown Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with a probate court bench warrant for failure to appear.
• Danny Patrick McKelvin, 22, of 316 Pinewood Road, Dundalk, Md., was arrested by another agency and charged with theft by taking.
• Nathaniel Todd Morris, 20, of 20 Jenny Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
• Kayla Lasha Smith, 21, of 15 Woodhaven Court, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
• Robert Daemont Smith, 39, of 1070 Sunshine Drive, Baker, La., was arrested by another agency and charged with deposit account fraud.
• Dennis Leighton Barber, 25, of 6 Hampton Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and failure to obey traffic control device.

• Melquiodes Ruiz Jarquin, 29, of 114 Ford St., Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without a license.
• Nathan Scott Lemmer, 34, of 4449 Dunmovin Drive, Kennesaw, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
• Lois Tapia, 20, of 1223 Herman Ave., Covington, Ky., was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to drive within a single lane.
