Feb. 5

• Eddy William Argueta, 19, of 11 Purtion St., Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

•Jessica Faye Bishop, 35, of 33 Oakdale Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with forgery in the first degree.

•Charles Trent Cole, 20, of 25 Granger Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana by ingestion and violation of oath by public officer.

•Cory Dean Counts, 20, of 10611 Abercorn St., Savannah, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery.

•Mary Alice Cross, 48, of 7020 Skyview Court, Acworth, was arrested on two counts of superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

•Tanya De Haney, 35, of 39 South Erwin St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana and giving false information or false name.

•Jelissa Sara Jordan, 20, of 21 Redcomb Drive, Apt. 102, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by shoplifting.

•Charles Michael Kindle, 26, of 95 6th St., Emerson, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with probation violation.

•Jessica Jenne Lewallen, 32, of 1786 Tahoe Lane, Dalton, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

•Dion Adair Mitchell, 44, of 5075 Ridenour Drive, Kennesaw, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

• William Everett Montgomery, 20, of 510 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

•Joseph Keith Moore, 28, of 35 Carson Loop, Room 154, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction of an officer.

•David Michael Omiller, 33, of 5806 Fairwood Circle, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by shoplifting.

•Rebecca Anne Payne, 24, of 3607 Cypress Way, Acworth, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act.

•Kevin Neal Pierce, 22, of 71 Legion Court, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

•Tasha Lee Quinn, 31, of 10 Billys Cove, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

•Donovan Scott Rickman, 26, of 2565 Cartersville Highway, Rockmart, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.

•Paul Randall Roberts, 34, of 1400 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Room 320, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of drug-related objects, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana by ingestion and possession of meth by ingestion.

•Nathan Christopher Samuels, 37, of 407 Florence Drive, Apt. C, Albany, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Christopher James Smith, 28, of 19 Peppermill Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with 18 counts of financial transaction card fraud (F.V.A.).

•Gordon Matthew Waller, 39, of 5590 Highway 20, Room 3111, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.

Feb. 6

• Derrick Dewan Dorsey, 25, of 1289 Old Cedartown Road, Rockmart, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana with intent, possession of firearm during commission of felony and possession of drug-related objects.

•Byron Orlando Bernard Hall, 22, of 1 Baker St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana with intent, possession of firearm or knife while trying to commit a felony and possession of drug-related objects.

• Ervin Dewarren Jones, 30, of 2 Baker St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana with intent, possession of firearm during commission of felony and possession of drug-related objects.

•William Terrence Kemp, 31, of 301 Jones Washington Road, Aragon, was arrested and charged with two counts of forgery in the fourth degree and entering an auto or other motorized vehicle with intent of felony.

•Ronald Michelle Osburn Jr., 22, of 77 Cotton Bend Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana with intent, possession of schedule I, probation violation, two counts of obstruction of an officer, possession of drug-related objects and possession of firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes.

• Bryan Putnam Schmidt, 34, of 962 Burnt Hickory Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with sale of marijuana, sale of meth and use of communication facility in committing an act of felony.

• Jasmine Yolanda Slocum, 25, of 29 Millrock Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass (F.V.A.).
