With 137 industries employing 9,342 people, manufacturers make a significant contribution to Bartow County's economy.

For one week a year, Bartow County in coordination with the state of Georgia, celebrates the impact of the manufacturing industry.

April 16 to 20 was proclaimed both locally and statewide as Manufacturer Appreciation Week to recognize this pivotal sector of the economy, including $452.7 million in payroll for Bartow where manufacturers make up 23.4 percent of the county's workforce.
