Not every arrest leads to a conviction, and a conviction or acquittal is determined by the court system. Arrests were made by BCSO deputies except where otherwise indicated.

Oct. 20

• Perry Charles Earwood, 29, of 29 Earwood Path, Dallas, reported to another agency and was boarded at the jail.

• John Henry Landers, 28, of 126 Woodall Road, White, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on an agency assist for Kennesaw police.

• Thelma Helen Riddle, 58, of 295-A Cass Pine Log Road N.E., White, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking under the Family Violence Act.

• Luis Javier Tellez, 19, of 278 Mac Johnson Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• John Nathan Wagnon, 42, of 12 Burch Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple assault (FVA) and simple battery (FVA).

• Jessica Leigh Williams, 23, of 61 Valley View Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass (FVA).

Oct. 21

• Penny Essie Blackmon, 52, of 1804 County Road 37, Billingsly, Ala., was arrested on a superior court bench warrant special presentment.

• Denise Rose Floyd, 30, of 25 Gilreath Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct county ordinance violation.

• Kevin Chambers, 52, of 411 Road No. 2 S., Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and speeding.

• Sallie Jones Dean, 50, homeless, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

• Philip Shane Franklin, 21, of 824 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of simple assault (FVA), reckless conduct, discharging a firearm under the influence, discharging a firearm near a roadway, discharge of firearms on property of another, criminal damage to property in the second degree and carrying a pistol without a license.

• Ronald Edward Lathem, 46, of 925 Moore Road, Jasper, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Hamilton County, Tenn.

• Hannah Michelle Lipham, 20, of 108 Franklin St., Adairsville, turned herself in to Cartersville police and was boarded at the jail.

• Brandy Michelle Patterson, 37, of 88 Morgan Drive, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with battery (FVA) and cruelty to children.

• Cameron Reid Smith, 28, of 52 Rocky Road, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.

• Benjamin Ray Stiles, 30, of 136 Bozeman Road, White, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).

Oct. 22

• Antonio Dewayne Barton, 24, of 4 E. Creekview Drive, Rome, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Bridgette Lee Gantt, 39, of 2343 Highway 411, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Gwinnett County.

• Michael Charles Hodges, 37, of 110 Austin Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft by conversion, obstruction of an officer, theft by taking and forgery.

• Terri Lynn Patterson, 50, of 611 Mountain Chase, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Kynan Pearce Shelton, 20, of 1131 Cedar Branch Court, Marietta, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• James Edward Todd, 22, of 525 Mountain Chase, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Roy Lawrence Wilson, 61, of 204 E. Felton Road, Room 232, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct county ordinance violation.
