May 31

• Edgar Maldonado Arroyo, 34, of 1736 Antioch Road, Cedartown, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without a license.

• Joshua Allan Ashburn, 28, of 1136 Keys Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with habitual violator driving while suspended.

• Derrick Bozie Crenshaw, 52, of 602 Rosewood Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with violation of family violence order.

• Craig Andrew Jordan, 43, of 87 Monroe Crossing, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation state and forgery.

• Jimmy Dean Langston, 47, of 78 Johnson St., Kingston, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Kerry James McFall, 25, of 177-B MLK, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with probation violation state.

• Kimberly Dawn Simpson, 36, of 46 Simpson Circle, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Ronnie Thomas Tutton Jr., 30, of 1712 Old Cartersville Road, Dallas, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Nicholas Tiger Woods, 17, of 17 Piedmont Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana with intent, possession of alcohol by minor, and brake lights and turn signals required.

June 1

• Dustin Blake Ables, 28, of 320 Sulphur Springs Road, Whitwell, Tenn., was arrested and charged with probation violation state.

• William Conrad Brown, 23, of 362 Kelser Road, Nicholson, was arrested and charged with probation violation state.

• Cory Donavan Clark, 46, of 62 Law Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, driving under influence of alcohol and failure to drive within single lane.

• Demetrius Dewayne Diamond, 37, of 128 Liberty St., Cedartown, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• David Wayne Ezell, 51, of 970 Jones Mill Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.

• Janice Kay Fant, 54, of 104 Iron Belt Court, Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol on an agency assist for Glynn County Sheriff’s Office.

• Steven Verdal Gardner, 47, of 103 St. Elmo St., Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Kassey Ann Harpe, 25, of 415 Cedar Creek Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Chad Ray Nix, 31, of 19 Puritan St., Cartersville, was arrested on a probation court bench warrant failure to appear and charged with bondsman-off bond charges from Jan. 27, 2014.

• Michael Jay Obrien, 37, of 27 Fairview St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with probation violation state.

• Bryan Putnam Schmidt, 35, of 962 Burnt Hickory Road, Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant failure to appear and charged with bondsman-off bond charges from Nov. 5, 2012.

• William Tyler Warren, 30, of 21 Park Court, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with reckless conduct (misdemeanor) and obstruction/interference with driver view and controls.

• Wendy Lynn Woodall, 42, of 27 Fairview St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Paulding County.

June 2

• Quintarus Deyun Barnes, 23, of 219 Whiteline St., Tennille, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana, misdemeanor less than 1 ounce; possession of firearm while trying to commit crimes; and carrying a concealed weapon.

• Journ Donald Biddy, 38, of 6374 Patricia Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with violation of family violence order.

• Lindsey Kay Harris, 25, homeless, Alpharetta, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
