• Stacy Crawford Ausborn, 35, of 17 Oak Beach Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft by shoplifting.

• James Curtis Brown, 33, of 49 Wesley Mill Drive, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with two counts of possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce.

• Billy Carter, 57, of 88 Jewell Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a superior court sentence.

• Marion Eugene Cash, 48, of 2181 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive S.W., No. 3, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Joseph Clark Freeman, 30, of 110 W. Porter St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Coweta County.

• Miguel Angel Garcia, 24, of 370 Pleasant Valley Road, Adairsville, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

• Linda Faye Hamby, 72, of 41 Cotton Bend, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of schedule III, possession of schedule IV, driving under the influence, drugs to be kept in original container and following too closely.

• Stephen Jermond Harrell, 24, of 41 Pine St., Cartersville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with state probation violation.

• Austin Gary-Chad Hill, 17, of 150 Fairview Circle, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery and criminal trespass.

• Cynthia Marie Hobgood, 34, of 110 Dobson Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with probation violation and giving false name.

• Steven Michael Ingram, 39, of 32 Tomahawk Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of drug court sanction.

• Timothy Lebron Jackson, 29, of 719 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Jake Lee Jacobs, 24, of 1 Weaver St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.

• Christopher John Jennings, 35, of 3347 Pine Log Road, Rydal, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Brian Kerry Mayhew, 27, of 88-A Sheffield Place, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer, criminal trespass (FVA) and simple battery (FVA).

• Martiese Jamon McKay, 18, of 16 Moody St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Kelley Amber Mealer, 27, of 13 Autum Turn, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Carroll County.

• Kenneth Omay Moore, 37, of 43 Middlebrook Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass (FVA) and simple battery (FVA).

• Alyssa Deanna Neal, 23, of 41 Benham Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of drug court sanction.

• Robert Shane Tant, 41, of 20 Falcon Circle, Apt. A, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Delisa Marie Vanhook, 36, of 273 Taff Road, Taylorsville, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

• Kasey Amber Weaver, 37, of 306 Timberwood Road, White, was arrested and charged with DUI and expired or no driver’s license.

• Brittney Necole Whitener, 25, of 33 Middleton Court, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was boarded for Cartersville police.

• Carlos Demearius Carter, 23, of 606 Brown St., Rome, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and taillights required.

• Patricia Ann Fan, 55, of 96 Old Alabama Wagon Road, Taylorsville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and expired tag.

• Phillip Paul Jones, 23, of 4827 Baker Plantation, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by receiving stolen property and seat belt violation.
