*Marvin Odell Chapman, 43, of 3558 Plumb Creek Trail, Kennesaw, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

*Ricardo Manuel Cortez, 32, of 19 Porter St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

*Samuel Justin Kennedy, 29, of 53 Partain Lane, Trion, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

*Susan Virginia Marie Lynch, 38, of 75 Austin Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

April 25

*Doyle Rhodell Bramlett Jr., 44, of 294 Old Pioneer Trail, Canton, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn and driving without headlights.

*Banetta Catrice Heyward, 32, of 23 Baker St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with parole violation.
