Oct. 22

• Joni Mae Earwood, 31, of 189 McKaskey Creek Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with a probate court sentence.

• Shannon Rena Ellis, 26, of 61 Floral Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.

• Jesus Joel Figueroa, 33, of 133 Winn Mead Parkway, Peachtree City, was arrested and charged with contempt of child support.

• Jose Vidal Garcia, 28, of 332 Cassville Road, Lot 5, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving without license.

• Tracy Doyle Gravley, 40, of 102 Burnt Hickory Road, Cartersville, was arrested and boarded at the jail.

• William Terrence Murray, 45, of 555 S. Erwin St., Apt. 104, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with transmitting false report of a fire and interference with government property.

• Dat Tong Nguyen, 26, of 14 Charismatic Road, Rome, reported to the jail and was charged with a probate court sentence.

• Michael Anthony Nugent, 32, of 3783 Harvest Drive, Decatur, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Jason Lebruce Paulk, 37, of 117 Summer St., Adairsville, was arrested on an agency assist for Dothan, Ala., police.

• Andrae Christopher Smith, 36, of 390 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a superior court sentence.

• Edith Lucille Swartz, 35, of 352 Cedar Creek Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Fran Bernard Wilhite Jr., 26 of 36-A Falcon Circle, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and speeding 62 in a 45.

• Cody Sage Woodall, 20, of 40 Rock Fence Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

• James Larry Bell Jr., 45, of 217 Road No. 2 S., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act, giving false information or false name, possession of schedule IV and drugs to be kept in original container.

• Michael Clarence Bennett, 54, of 110 Austin Road, Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for Cherokee County.

• Theophilus Woodson Christian, 21, of 516 W. Main St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Christopher Mobolaji Daniel, 20, of 30 Brent Circle, Euharlee, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Keith Elliott James, 46, of 59 Dolphin Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Joshua Mark James, 19, of 114 Austin Road, Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for Gordon County.
